First Word!!!!

So, Katie has an activity table and when you press a key it says the color blue. She has been pressing it over and over and repeating the word!!! So, her first official word is blue. We always knew we had a little wildcat, but what were the chances that her first word is blue?? We didn't count dada or mama as a word since she doesn't associate those sounds with our names. So needless to say, Joe and I have been saying, "What's your favorite color?"

We also think she is trying to say her name. We put her in front of a mirror and she says the "K" sound and moves her mouth. Too funny.
